The FrankenBar pays homage to the painstaking and laborious process of perfumery and essential oil distillation. Priceless frankincense meets the bold and beautiful patchouli to create a balanced woody and floral tone. Added fragrance notes include clove bud, spearmint and cedarwood.

Down to the gram, frankincense and patchouli essential oils are among the more luxurious scents known to man. This is simply because of how much gathered plant material (not to mention time, water, farmland, attention, resources) is required to make even a small amount of perfume. The dried sap resin of the frankincense tree, once collected, pulverized and sifted can produce oleo-resins and essential oils. Like any flower perfume, tens of thousands of patchouli flowers give their essence to make a few ounces of oil for soapmaking, incense sticks, or perfume.

As a compliment to their rarity and status in fragrance, it comes as no surprise that frankincense and patchouli are beloved medicinal oils as well. When used topically, both possess anti-fungal and anti-bacterial benefits.

This product arrives UNDILUTED. Each size available combines 1|2 with distilled water (33%) to make liquid for shampoo, shower gel and hand soap applications.

For foaming soap dispensers, dilute soaps 1|1 again, bringing the gel ratio to 1|4 with water (20%)

Ingredients: coconut, hemp seed and golden jojoba oils, shea butter, frankincense and patchouli essential oils, distilled water*, potassium hydroxide*, less than 1% of clove, spearmint and cedar essential oils

All of the Organic Dynamic soaps are made using the same timeless recipe that has kept humanity clean since 2800BC. Soap is made by saponifying oils with alkali, with no waste generated. The alkali is potassium hydroxide, carried in a distilled water solution. The soapmaking process utilizes 100% of this solution, leaving behind only pure, pH-neutral soap, with all natural glycerin retained.
